Welcome to BIC Food Enthusiast Classes
New Classes Available for Fall 2011!
Baltimore International College (BIC) is now offering new Food Enthusiast Classes. Join BIC's Continuing Education Non-Credit Cooking and Baking Classes taught in the evenings by experienced BIC chef instructors at the Culinary Arts Center, located in Little Italy. A variety of different types of classes are available, such as cooking demonstrations and hands-on learning. Classes are offered as one session and everyone over 18 years old is welcome to attend (over 21 years old for wine tastings). Registration for Baltimore International College Continuing Education classes is easy.
Register Online:
- Click the Catalog tab and browse through until you find a class you would like.
- Select the class and click "Purchase".
- If you are finished shopping, proceed to "Checkout".
- Enter your contact information and continue to the next step.
- Finally, enter your payment information.
Register by Mail or Fax:
- Download the PDF of the Food Enthusiast Classes.
- Download the Registration Form.
- Choose the class or classes you would like to take.
- Fill out the registration form and either mail it to:

Uniform Code
Required by all students in courses marked with an asterisk (*). For safety reasons, all students in hands-on culinary courses must follow Baltimore International College's dress code policy, to include long pants and closed-toe shoes. The college will supply you with an apron and a hat.
